Yoshikatsu Ota Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Executive Officer,(Currently, Director, Vice President and Representative Executive Officer)

Fumio Iwai Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors (Currently, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Executive Officer)

Tomiji Uematsu, currently Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will retirefrom the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors as of March 31, 2006.
